At Indulged Wellbeing, we are committed to providing high-quality holistic healing programs, intuitive services, and wellness products designed to support your self-healing journey. We uphold integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all our offerings.
Due to the nature of our services and programs, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place.
1. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Intuitive Readings, 1:1 Inner Child Healing, and 1:1 Health Coaching
✔ Refunds: All intuitive readings and 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
✔ Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
✔ Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, as a courtesy to other clients.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Healing Programs & Digital Products
This section applies to digital products, such as ebooks, guides, self-paced courses, and structured healing programs (Detox & Self-Healing Protocols).

✔ Program Transfers: If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same program or gift your spot to another individual, subject to approval.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Subscription-Based Content (Podcast, Blog Newsletter, Memberships)
✔ Refunds: Free & paid subscription-based content can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for past payments (where applicable).
✔ Cancellations: Once a billing cycle has started, your subscription will remain active until the end of that cycle. Future billing can be canceled at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
4. Return & Refund Policy for Physical Products
✔ Returns & Exchanges: Unopened and unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. The cost of return shipping for these cases will be covered by Indulged Wellbeing.
5. Consideration for Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen personal emergencies, such as hospitalization, severe illness, or other significant hardships, may impact your ability to attend sessions or complete a program.
✔ If you are unable to participate due to a serious medical or personal emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected] with relevant details.
✔ In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options, credit toward a future session or program, or an enrollment transfer at our discretion. Refunds will not be granted, but we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
✔ All requests for accommodations must be made within a reasonable time frame and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
