Shipping Policy

At Indulged Wellbeing, we take great care in preparing and shipping your holistic wellness products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Below is our shipping policy, designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both your experience and our business.

1. Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If processing times are longer due to high order volumes, you will be notified.

Shipping Timeframes: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (South Africa): Estimated 3-7 business days after processing.

✔ Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen shipping delays (such as carrier issues or natural disruptions) are beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number and contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

✔ Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

✔ No International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within South Africa.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

✔ Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping details.

✔ Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been shipped, Indulged Wellbeing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate and secure.

If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, we recommend:

Checking with the courier directly to verify the delivery status. Confirming the delivery location (e.g., checking with neighbors or secure delivery areas).

If a package is lost in transit due to an issue with our shipping provider, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist in resolving the matter.

4. Returns Due to Incorrect Shipping Address

✔ Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

✔ Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may choose to:

Reship the package (additional shipping charges apply), or Request a refund minus the original shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

✔ Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

✔ Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
